All orders placed before 12:00 PM EST will be processed the same day. Agencies are responsible for unloading at the destination. Claims for transit damage must be reported within 48 hours of receipt with photographic evidence.
Incoterms: For international partners, our standard term is FOB (Free On Board). CIF (Cost, Insurance, and Freight) can be arranged upon request.
Unsold inventory in original packaging may be returned within 90 days, subject to a 15% restocking fee. Defective products fall under our 25-Year Warranty. An RMA number must be generated via the Distributor Portal before shipping any goods back to our warehouses.
Agencies are permitted to use the LS logo and "Gold Partner" badge on their websites and vehicles. However, modification of the logo colors, aspect ratio, or misrepresentation of the brand (e.g., claiming to be the manufacturer) is strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate termination.
Invoices are generated upon dispatch. Late payments will incur a 1.5% monthly interest charge. LS reserves the right to hold shipments if the credit limit is exceeded or if there are overdue invoices. Bank transfers (T/T) and Letters of Credit (L/C) are preferred.
To protect the brand value and the margins of all partners, distributors may not advertise prices lower than 20% below MSP on public channels (websites, marketplaces). Violations will result in a suspension of supply.
